VENUES - Holme & Sutherland Rooms

Built in 1948, the Holme Room was named after the founder of The University of Sydney Union, Professor Ernest Rudolph Holme. The Sutherland Room was named after a long serving member of the Union Board, Professor George Fyfe Sutherland.

Holme and Sutherland Rooms configuration mirror the MacCallum and Cullen Rooms. They are divided by a large wooden folding door, making one room ideal as the main function room and the second room to be used as a breakout room or for catering.

In the foyer of the Holme and Sutherland Rooms is a Vergil Lo Schiavo mural entitled 'A Tribute to Dickens'.
